The ambiance is lovely, food is delicious and the best part of the experience is the staff. They make you feel like you are at a family members home!!

We were welcomed quickly by the staff and seated at our reserved table. We found some fantastic early choices like hummus, eggplant, peppers and tomatoes, and pomegranate salad with walnuts. For the main course, we enjoyed soft, tender chicken in a rich yogurt sauce and slow-cooked lamb shoulder. All we can say is WOW!! The portions were adequate, and the chicken and lamb practically fell off the bones! We were disappointed that they only had Turkish wines—until we tried one! Check the ratings, but you can’t go wrong with Pythagorus! A bold, rich, yet well-balanced red that worked perfectly across our choices. We will be back!

RIVA is the best restaurant in Düsseldorf, we always reserve a table when we are in town, from the food, drinks to the atmosphere and service everything is just perfect. If you want to be spontaneous then just ask Rene the Chef to decide the menu, you will be amazed be the kitchen creatively.
