Best Irish Restaurants in Yonge and Sheppard

It was my fourth visit. Always a special occasion. We all ordered the lamb shank. Superb. Cooked to perfection. Allen’s is, for me, a classic pub with all the ambience. I really enjoy the place.

We booked in as a party of four for a self poor Table for my partner’s 29th birthday. On arrival there was some problems with the self poor tap however we were accommodated very nicely by all members of staff who went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable while waiting for it to be turned on and working properly. Food was 10 out of 10 really enjoyed our ham and cheese sandwich and beautiful chunky hand cut fries. The overall layout of the pub was beautiful and it was a very modern Irish bar.

We had an amazing lunch at Fionn MacCool's. The food was really good. Everything tasted fresh and you could tell it was made with care. The vibe inside felt like a cozy Irish pub, which made it a fun place to hang out. It wasn't too loud and not too quiet - just right. Our server was super friendly and helpful. They checked in on us without being pushy, and that's always a good sign. We felt taken care of the whole time. If you're looking for a spot with great food, good service, and a fun atmosphere, this is the place to go. We'll definitely be back.
