( we had the top sirloin and lamb) Cooked and seasoned to perfection! The included salad/ side bar buffet was filled with a wide variety of tasty offerings. Our only disappointment was that although the front hostess asked us about it being my birthday celebration, nothing special was offered in our dining experience or to acknowledge it.
