What an outstanding meal. The food was incredible. The cowboy ribeye melts in your mouth. Very juicy. You need to try the calamari and lobster appetizers. If you have a party of four, order the bigger portions. You won't be disappointed. Our server Maddi was excellent!

Outstanding Mother’s Day lunch at Marta. Excellent food, service, and pacing of the meal. Friendly bartenders and servers. Their version of a Bloody Mary is amazing. Love that we found this restaurant that is quickly becoming our favorite.

Sotto Sopra is, without question, my favorite restaurant in Baltimore — Italian or otherwise. Ricardo, Monika, and their entire staff could not be more gracious, welcoming, or attentive. In my opinion, it is not only the most beautiful restaurant in the city, but also the most romantic. The food and service are consistently exceptional, always deserving of five stars. The fact that they have survived — and thrived — for 30 years tells me everything I need to know.
