    We enjoyed our second meal here as much or more than the first. We had the pecorino and truffle pasta and the buttera pork ribs this time. Both dishes were wonderful, but the ribs will stick in my memory for a long time. They were perfectly cooked with a dry rub so amazing that I used the tasty bbq sauce mostly on bread and potatoes. The quality of the service is outstanding and the country farmhouse setting is idyllic.

    I spent two nights in the magical hotel in Saturnia and every single time that I was there I eat in 1919. All the wait staff are extremely kind, knowledgeable, friendly and make you feel truly comfortable. I recommend having lunch or dinner in 1919 if you are at the Terme di Saturnia Natural SPA & Golf Resort.

    Dopolovoro is a must stop if visiting Pienza or La Foce. The food is excellent as is the service and ambiance.
