    Umi had my reservation for my birthday dinner! We were served edamame right away and water. After ordering our hot plates- steak, short ribs and seafood gyoza, we got a bowl of their lychee ice cream (on the house). Everything was so tasty! Our waiter was attentive and checked on us several times. We had ordered miso soup and then decided not to have it later- the waiter was nice enough to take it off our check. Overall, this place had great ambiance and delicious food.

    I heard many great things about the Omakase experience here at Takai by Kashiba. Decided to take my girlfriend here to celebrate her birthday, and it was the best decision I could’ve made. The presentation of each course was immaculate, and staff had expert knowledge about each ingredient that was used and how the dish was prepared. This is truly the best Omakase I’ve ever tasted outside of Japan. I strongly recommend this restaurant

    We had the garlic shrimp, Mongolian beef and honey walnut shrimp. All three dishes were really good. Portions are not large and prices are a bit in the high side. Worth going back to.
