Fantastic date night at Toritori Polanco. The sushi and food overall were excellent, but what really stood out was their sake presentation — served in this clever contraption where ice sits inside a glass bulb, chilling the sake without ever diluting it. Such a thoughtful touch. The space itself is beautiful too, open and airy, perfect for a relaxed evening. Highly recommend — already looking forward to going back.

Shocked by how delicious this sushi was. We eat a lot of sushi, and this was easily one of my Top 3 sushi-tasting experiences, even when compared to very expensive omakases. Everything was so flavorful, and even classics had a slightly different take that took the flavor to the next level. It was so good that my family kept asking to go back each day. I cannot wait to go again. Who knew some of the best sushi I would have would be in Mexico City!
