The vibe and feel is like you are transported straight to Asia which really has a connection with the way the food comes out and is presented to you! This is my new favourite place in Sydney and is a must try

I had an amazing experience at Matkim! The food was amazing and it was a super intimate experience being able to speak with the head chef Jacob while he prepared the food right in front of us. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a unique twist on a typical omakase experience

Food was delicious and we left feeling full but not bloated. Fresh self serving side dishes and good quality pork and beef. We really enjoyed the tenderness of the Jiggle wagyu cube.
