I’ve been to Tatsugoro about 8 times, and it has always been great. But with recent changes in their Executive Chef they have increased their level to absolutely amazing. In my 15 years of visiting Tokyo, I have rarely had better sushi than what I experienced yesterday at Tatsugoro.
