As always Roosters delivered. I had a most enjoyable business lunch there. We both had the Bowl of the Day which was a delicious and healthy choice. Service was professional with just enough attention without being intrusive. Will absolutely be back.

Thursday was a quiet night so my party of three was seated immediately. The wait staff was extremely attentive and helpful. All of our dishes were delicious from the short rib to the scallops, and also the shrimp and grits. Everyone loved their dishes and it was our first visit to the restaurant. My introduction to Dressler’s was via Middle-C Jazz. The jazz venue’s food was catered from Dressler’s. I knew from that experience that I needed to visit the restaurant directly. My tastebuds were not disappointed.

The Chef's Mussel linguine special was just that. Not the usual bowl of sauced mussels. But a nicely portioned bowl of Linguini surrounded on the rim by mussels in a great sauce with capers and a surprise central roulade of Prosciutto and two garlic buttered, toasted, French baguettes. All making the perfect crunchy, "bacony", vinegar pickle, mussel, pasta bite. OMG ! Congrats to Chef and brigade !
