Foster a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and Charles E. Wilburn a graduate of Johnson & Wales University both chefs are well versed in their customers special dietary needs. Rogers green thumb and ambitions in the garden produce a number of different ingredients including lettuces, squash, beans, berries, apples, plums and tomatoes. Both chefs assist each other with the raising of their laying hens, meat chickens and turkeys ( NON GMO fed ) as well as tending to the restaurant's honey bees. The majority of the beef, lamb, pork and chicken used is locally sourced and pasture raised. we also focus on natural wild caught seafoods, and use NON GMO oils in preparation.
