Victoria, our server was amazing, along with Michel the bartender. Service and food were great. Feel like the service was higher than your typical Fairmont experience. Food for value was typical of a Fairmont but compared to other places around the hotel it was all relative. Again service made it that much more enjoyable.

An outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The dishes stood out for both the refinement of their flavours and the elegance of their presentation, offering exceptional value for such high-end cuisine. Congratulations to the Mauritian chef and his team for delivering such creative, well-executed, and distinctive cuisine. The cucumber and ginger cocktail was also excellent. Lucas provided impeccable service: warm, attentive, and highly professional. His passion when presenting both the dishes and wine pairings truly elevated the experience, and his strong customer-service mindset did not go unnoticed. Even though we were among the last guests to leave, we never felt rushed. We will definitely return to discover the next seasonal menu.
