    The Ledbury is the apex of what London has to offer in terms of fine dining. Every bit as good as it was a decade ago. The vibe is so much more easygoing than comparable restaurant experiences, which accrues to the benefit of the food which would be world class in any setting anyway. And the chef is there, chatting freely to customers, marshalling a team of serious but happy and relaxed staff, no pretension, just generosity of spirit. As good as it gets.

    We had a superb lunch at Kitchen W8. The food was outstanding, with each course full of flavour and beautifully presented and it was obvious that high quality ingredients were being used. Trevion, one of the waiting staff was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, professional and attentive, as well as being warm and courteous. As a dining experience it was very enjoyable and I look forward to a return visit.
