Best Modern Tuscan Restaurants in Sesto Fiorentino

This was a delight. Food was excellent and the view was terrific. We very much enjoyed out evening at Cosimo. Our waiter, Francesco was entertaining and really made our evening special. It was a milestone birthday for my spouse, and their team made it special. Bravo! The Excelsior was a spectacular building as well. Do not miss looking around the Lobby. I wish I remember the doorman's name, but he was an outstanding ambassador.

The view of the Duomo was lovely. The steak was delicious. I had a wonderful time.

Nice setting near Santa Maria Novella added to the ambiance. We had a very good Tuscan steak that was reasonably priced, well-presented and very enjoyable. The sides were fine. Service was attentive and helpful. Would certainly visit again.

But for waiting about 15 minutes to be seated (for which we were given a glass of prosecco as compensation), this was an A+ experience in every way. Friendly service and an excellent meal. Highly recommend the bruschetta, the grilled filet with black truffles and creamy mashed potatoes, the spicy spaghetti with black garlic, stracciatella cheese, and parsley powder, and the Super Tuscan wine.

Food was excellent. Very authentic and flavorful. I would highly recommend this place if you are in Florence
