The family run venue looks and feels cool, with its massive mirrors, traditional colourful walls and fittings and shabby-chic mismatched crockery. Owners Mak and Hakim are of Algerian decent, with Mak having over 20 years experience in the catering industry, and has been a Head Chef for over half of this time. His Nephew Hakim is a pastry chef and also manages the lounge bar in the basement of the restaurant. The bar is an inviting space with traditional Algerian deco and a quaint small garden area leading off from the bar. Come and enjoy some live music every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday night, a perfect way to round off the evening having sampled the mouth watering dishes served in the restaurant upstairs.
