Exceptional and timeless but at the same time there is always something new. Seasonality plays an important roll in the entire program from beverages to food and decor. Higgins can be as casual (at the bar) or as formal as anywhere in Portland and still have some of the best food in town. I don't have a doubt that if James Beard was still around, this is where you would find him at least once a week.
