- AAntonyaSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined todayFrom the moment you arrive at the host stand ~ You are in rarified territory. A restaurant that ebbs and flows effortlessly (with considerable professionalism from the staff) through out service. ‘Mama Lee’ greets you as an old friend and runs the Front-of-House with an expert hand. The staff (Chris was our server this night) was funny, efficient, and he made an off-menu request happen without issue. We are infrequent visitors due to the distance from home but are treated as regulars whenever we dine at Shuckers. This is a world-class establishment that would be at home in London, Cape Town, Paris, Madrid, or NYC.More infoShuckers$$$$• Seafood• Downtown•4.8

- JJohnAtlanta •12 reviews5.0Dined on Apr 30, 2026Fantastic dinner at Half Shell’s Seattle Restaurant week East Coast take over menu. One had Cape Cod Clam Chowder and New Haven Clam Spaghetti amazing, perfectly balanced. The other had the NYC Steakhouse Wedge Salad and Maine Lobster Roll, loved them both beautifully presented. Both ordered Atlantic Beach Pie lemon curd with saltines crust, crazy good! Very creative menu as always. Great atmosphere and service. One of our favorite seafood restaurants.More infoHalf Shell$$$$• Seafood• Belltown / Pike Place Market•4.7
- SSENTHIL KUMARGoldNew York City •8 reviews5.0Dined on Apr 13, 2026French toast was excellent. Was soft and glazed with syrup and caramelized mildly to have a soft bitter flavor pairing well with the sweetness. Crispy potatoes is a worth a mention. Best I have ever had in recent treats. Staff was attentive and courteous. Must visit spot for breakfast if any plans to visit Seattle Downtown area.More infoAll Water Seafood & Oyster Bar$$$$• Seafood• Downtown•4.2
- RRodneyGoldSt. Louis •131 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 13, 2026This was our second visit to Walrus & the Carpenter and it maintained its excellence. We sat at the bar and thoroughly enjoyed watching the meal prep. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The oysters were delicious, the profiterole dessert was decadent and we left full and happy. We will add this restaurant to our favorites list!More infoWalrus and the Carpenter$$$$• Contemporary American• Ballard•4.7
