Absolutely delightful. This was far and away the best meal I had on a week-long trip to Denver. The cooking team is just spectacularly talented, and not one detail of the food and drink was short of outstanding. It may have been the best preparation of Chilean sea bass I've ever had, but the appetizers, salad, and cocktails were no less impressive. On top of that, the space is wonderful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
