Three Courses, Great Value, and Room for Better Service! As someone who travels frequently and loves discovering great food, P.F. Chang’s has always been one of my dependable favorites. Sometimes you just want a familiar restaurant where you know what to expect! During my visit to the Alpharetta location, I decided to try the $29.99 three-course prix fixe menu, and it did not disappoint. I started with the house side salad, which was fresh, crisp, and delicious. For my entrée, I chose the crispy honey shrimp, accompanied by jasmine rice. The shrimp were flavorful, with that wonderful sweet and savory sauce, and the rice complemented the dish beautifully. For dessert, I selected the key lime pie, which was a refreshing and delicious finish to an enjoyable meal. For approximately $30, a salad, entrée, rice, and dessert represented excellent value. I left happy and satisfied! The one area for improvement was service. Several large parties arrived during my visit, and the waitstaff appeared focused on accommodating those tables. As a solo diner, I felt somewhat overlooked, and service was slower than expected. Fortunately, I wasn’t in a hurry and enjoyed taking my time. However, whether dining alone or with a large group, everyone deserves the same level of attention and hospitality. Overall, P.F. Chang’s delivered on food, consistency, and value. The prix fixe menu is worth considering, and I would gladly return. A little more attentive service would have made this an outstanding experience. Life is too short not to eat well! Get out there, explore somewhere new, and find your next great meal. Bon appétit!
