Our name comes from Manorah, a traditional dance from Southern Thailand that celebrates community, vitality, and togetherness—values that guide everything we do.Norah was co-founded by Nan Chaison, a Thai-born, Portland-based restaurateur, bar director, and lifelong host at heart, alongside Prae Nobnorb.
