Enjoyed our dinner at Zampo. Celebrated my wife's birthday and the staff was outstanding! Enzo, our server, had great recommendation for the Chicha Morada cocktails which has the Pischo liquer. Enjoyed the ceviche, , the arroz con pato (duck) and lomo saltado (beef) plates with the Peruvian/Asian fusion flavors! The restaurant manager, Drew, came by our table and had good conversation with her about the drinks, food, and other fun topics! Highly recommend dinner at Zampo!
