Best Pizza Bars in University City/Golden Triangle

I went to Sonny’s Pizza last night for their anniversary, and everything was amazing. The food was excellent, the service was warm and attentive, and the whole ambience made the night feel special. You can tell the team really cares about what they’re doing — from the pizza to the drinks to the energy in the room. It was busy because of the anniversary, but the staff still made everyone feel taken care of. Great food, great vibe, and a really fun place to spend the evening. Highly recommend Sonny’s Pizza.

we just got off the plane from pittsburgh and found this restaurant on open table ordered the salad which was amazing the dressing was so fresh and light! we then had pizza the crest was amazing and the toppings complemented each other. not too much and not too little just the right amount! the service was also top notch! highly recommend!

This is a go to place for taking family and friends visiting town. Food is always awesome. Service is very un-rushed. I think you could tell them if you had to be done by a certain time. But they are happy for you to have a slow meal. Would appreciate them checking on needs for more wine etc a little more often.

I shared the Romanella salad with my husband and it was delicious. The dressing, candied walnuts, fresh pear, and goat cheese came together beautifully. For dinner I had the Chilean Seabass special on a bed of creamy buttery risotto with shrimp on top of it with a lemon butter sauce and it was divine. The fresh bread served with dinner was also so yummy. I can’t wait to come back for another delicious.

Booked this for our group of 15 and everyone couldn't stop raving about it after! Lovely esthetic, amazing food, friendly service...15/10 recommend!
