    La Volpe is an Italian treasure in Center Moriches. The food is always outstanding, the service impeccable, and the ambiance is cozy and thematic. You are never rushed. As a diner, you are able to savor the food in a relaxed setting. The toasted almond tiramisu is so light yet bursts with flavor. I very much enjoy the tuna appetizer and the lobster ravioli with shrimp and bay scallops. The sauce is creamy and perfectly accompanies the seafood. My husband enjoys their veal dishes. I went with a friend last night who had traditional chicken parmigiana. Also delicious. If you want an exceptional dining experience, you should visit La Volpe.
