The food here is consistently delicious, but what truly makes every visit exceptional is the outstanding service, especially from Kathy. She is always warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making us feel appreciated from the moment we arrive. Kathy has a wonderful way of making every dining experience feel special. It’s no surprise we always come back.

As always fantastic food and top notch service. Prime Rib, NY Strip and Lobster Tail cooked to perfection. Oysters were especially fresh and delicious. We love the old school Steakhouse Atmosphere. Our waiter and support staff were very attentive but not intrusive.

As usual, the serve staff was excellent and the dinners were superb, from the steaks to the halibut. The salad bar offered everything you require for a very taste salad. Our occasion to dine was a little Birthday celebration, and to celebrate, the wine and Mai Tai's were wonderful. Our compliments to the Chef and Mixmaster.

This was our 2nd time at Summit house and such a great experience! The service was exceptional and the food was absolutely amazing! Everyone has the prime rib that was so tender and cooked perfectly. The creamed corn was everyone’s favorite! We will definitely be back - they have the best prime rib in OC!
