Best Seafood Restaurants in Hanson Park

We did an early Mother’s Day dinner and had a wonderful experience. The service was appropriately relaxed and non intrusive while also attentive. We enjoyed leisurely cocktails and appetizers (the cheese board was amazing) while we decided on entrees. We each ordered something different - trout almondine, scallops, beef Wellington and mixed game grill. All were beautifully prepared and delicious, including the accompanying sides. We shared the apple tart and chocolate mousse for dessert as a perfect ending to our meal. While the restaurant was very busy, we were easily able to converse among the four of us. Overall excellent evening.

We went for the first Cinco de Mayo night at Gale Street Inn. Their Mole was some of the best I have had in my life! It was that good. And Mole on their famous ribs?!?!? It was AMAZING. I told everyone I possibly could that works there - they need to put this on their regular menu! Or at least make it a weekly feature. I told one of the staff members that I could take a bath in the Mole, and she brought me a container from the kitchen to take home! What restaurant does that? Love, love, love Gale Street Inn under the new owner!

Our server was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our many, many questions. He also let us try many wines before we ordered. The only drawback was that after he ordered wine, it took a very long time to actually receive the wine. The person that delivers wine is not the server. Twice when we reordered wine it did not come at all and we had to flag server and he went and got the order because the wine delivery person. never made it to table. All the food was exceptionally good and creative.

Valentine's Day at White Castle was awesome. We had a great time.
