The Piedmontese Filet was quite possibly the most flavorful steak I’ve ever eaten, the Blackened snapper was cooked perfectly and even the breadsticks were top notch. That, combined with the great ambiance and attentive service might make this my favorite Vegas steakhouse. We had reservations at 5:30 pm and got there about 15 mins early. We checked in and they seated us right away! When I walked around the buffet, I was blown away! Just when you thought the buffet ended you'd see another station and then another station... it just kept going ! There were so many different types of cuisines to choose from - seafood (crab legs, oysters, shrimp, etc), Italian (pizzas, pastas) , Asian (sushi, dumplings, etc), Mexican (tacos, fresh agua frescas, etc), etc. They also had a very extensive dessert station- with so many different flavored desserts to try!
