    Everyone was welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with champagne and roses for Mother's Day. Our server was very pleasant amd we never felt like we were asking for too much. The food wss good and the music was a vibe.

    I absolutely love this place, and the food was delicious as always! The quality and flavor never disappoint. During this visit, our food took a little longer than expected to come out, and I would’ve loved a few more check-ins from our waitress throughout the meal. I do wonder if the automatic 20% gratuity may be unintentionally affecting the level of attentiveness in service. I’m sharing this only as constructive feedback because I truly enjoy dining here and want to continue supporting the restaurant. Overall, it was still a good experience, and I’m hopeful these are small things that can improve on future visits. Looking forward to coming back soon!

    I came to Jordyn’s Soul Food Cafe for my birthday and it was a whole mood! From the moment I walked in, the music was a total vibe. I was literally vibing the entire time I was there. The food was amazing and the customer service was top-tier. They even gave me a complimentary slice of their bomb caramel cake for my birthday (it is seriously finger-licking good). If you want great food, great people, and a great playlist, this is the spot in Houston
