Amore & Limoncello, which translates to Love & Limoncello, is the brainchild of Ciro and his friends Emiliano (co-owner and Head pizza Chef) and chef Salvatore (AKA Sasa`). The restaurant was born from a deep love for Southern Italian culture, Food and the Neapolitan way of life. We offer a style of cooking that has been almost forgotten and is rarely represented in the new wave of Italian restaurants in London — yet it remains very much the soul of the Campania region, the city of Naples, and its quartieri.At Amore & Limoncello, we aim not only to bring these simple, authentic flavours to the public, but also to recreate the warmth and hospitality you feel when visiting a relative in that part of the world. You are loved, fed, and sent on your way with a limoncello (or two) in hand.Cooking it is an art; often, there’s no fixed recipe — just two essential ingredients: imagination, and most importantly, love — love for the people you are cooking for.
