    I had forgotten how good the food was at Table Mountain Inn. I come to the Denver area once or twice a year and usually try to have one meal there. This time I tried one of the Mexican dishes and it was better than any I can remember having elsewhere. It was so good that I really look forward to my next visit to the area so I can go there to eat. Our server, whose name escapes me, was excellent--congenial, competent. The food was served hot and ready to eat. She did not let it sit and cool off before bringing it to the table--one of my pet peeves with many restaurants and servers these days.
