Having eaten his food at The Age Young Chef’s dinner, we were already fans. And our first meal at Dutch Rules did not disappoint - it was amazing!! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, the staff were amazing, the music excellent, and Viveik even took us on a tour of the distillery. He is obviously very passionate about his food and it translates across to the staff and the overall feel of the restaurant. Loved it! Steaks cooked perfectly to our liking, paired with wine and special cocktail. Service was relaxed but attentive. Loved the lamb shank kottu - best kottu I have had and highly recommend it. We also had seafood kottu, nasi goreng and prawn pasta - each dish was spectacular!
