    Simply superb. The beautifully grilled lamb and tuna was utterly incredible. The calamari were clearly fresh, a rare find. Service was attentive and very attuned to our groups needs. The restaurant is beautiful and clean. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering the quality of the fare. Will be back very soon.

    Gutted to have only discovered such an amazing roast on the last day of the season! Honestly I'd give the food 10/10 (I'm forgiving soft parsnips and carrots because they still tasted delicious!). My lower score for ambience is because the music was pretty hectic and quite loud (might have been where we were sitting) however, it was a bit of a blessing to drown out the noisy children. Will definitely be back next winter and keen to try a mid-week dinner here now.

    Amazing! Charming, original, with a touch of genuine; a rare find these days. We love staying at the Inn, the pub and restaurant are outstanding. The food is delicious and well-prepared, with fresh ingredients. The staff is kind, courteous, friendly, and attentive. Everything is consistent over the years we have visited, and we look forward to our visits each time. We love the place.
