    We visited for lunch, and staff helpfully gave us plenty of time to meet, catch up and settle in before ordering. The set lunch menu is amazing value for the quality and size of the portions - our steaks were perfectly cooked and everything was on point. The staff were excellent and took great care of us. Special thanks to sommelier Quentin for his great service!

    There are places you visit… and then there are places that feel like home. For us, that place is the Woolpack Inn. It’s our go-to, and it never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, there’s such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Amber, Ally, and all the staff are genuinely some of the kindest people you could meet. Nothing ever feels too much trouble, and you’re always made to feel looked after. The food is consistently delicious, the setting is beautifully quaint, and there’s just something really special about the whole place. Whether it’s for a quiet drink, a cosy meal, or catching up with friends, we always leave happy. We absolutely love it here. ❤️
