The steaks are always expertly seasoned and perfectly cooked. We especially enjoy treating ourselves to the scallop and foie toast or the caviar, both of which are exceptional. The sides deserve just as much praise. The pomme aligot is fantastic, and the carrots with horseradish cream and almonds are delicious. Everything is thoughtfully prepared, beautifully balanced, and seasoned just right. What really makes Victoria’s special, beyond the excellent food, is the staff. They're consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. We enjoyed another wonderful dinner last night and have already booked our company Christmas party here for the second year in a row. We're looking forward to returning.
