Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. Wine Wednesday was a pleasant surprise! Half off bottles of wine. Food was delicious - focaccia bread was divine, especially the compound butter it was served with and the Caesar salad was crisp and fresh. We shared two entrees: uku fish with local sweet corn and mushroom risotto - both were excellent. One of our party was celebrating a birthday and we were treated to a slice of amazing ice cream cake to finish off the meal. Definitely recommend Haven’s if you value freshly caught fish, local ingredients and superb service.

It was a great experience. The kids steak was super good. It was cooked well and the broccoli was outstanding. The bread had very good flavor and the butter was so yummy and sweet. Hope we’re able to come back and visit. -the kids of the Buenaventuras

Sensational steaks — perfectly cooked. What really surprised us: the value. For Maui the prices are more than fair, almost a bargain compared to many other restaurants on the island that charge more for far less quality. Our little daughter loved the buttered noodles, which were excellent too — very family friendly. Great service all around including a very nice manager. We’ll definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The restaurant is absolutely breathtaking, with an open-air setting surrounded by beautiful waterfalls and graceful swans gliding by. The atmosphere alone makes for a memorable evening, especially at sunset. The food was outstanding from start to finish. Every dish was beautifully presented, cooked to perfection, and full of incredible flavor. You can tell they take pride in every detail. A huge thank you to our server, Ramon, who made our evening even more special. He was attentive without ever being overbearing, anticipated our needs, and offered fantastic recommendations that turned out to be some of our favorite parts of the meal. His knowledge of the menu and warm, friendly service truly elevated the entire experience. Between the exceptional food, impeccable service, and stunning ambiance, Sonz Steakhouse delivered one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Maui. We can’t wait to return!
