    Wow. As serious foodie and Michelin starred fine dining expert, when we heard this restaurant described as Nordic Japanese cuisine, we were little bit suspicious about unusual combination, however, everything from small bites to ending, execution, creativity, tastes, presentation, then chefs’s personal delivery to table, and house made non alcoholic pairing exceeded our expectation. It is nor true Nordic, traditional Japanese but clearly inspired and recreated with chef’s own imagination. Especially trout chawanMusi ( which is Japanese steamed egg) is even better than high end Japanese restaurant. We made another reservation even before end of the meal! I guess that is best compliment right ? I agree with others comments about this restaurant getting Michelin star just matter of time. Totally must try restaurant right now, because it will get harder to make reservations very soon.

    Dumplings, corn, spicy shrimp and the pork belly are too die for. Nobody makes them better. Alma is a superstar! Don’t change anything. Highly recommended!
