This was my first visit. I will be back. My friend ordered the Ceasar salad with salmon and the calamari. She liked both. I had some of the calamari and it was very good. I had a Ceasar salad. It was okay. I could have used more dressing. I should have asked for it. The salad was more than plentiful. I also had the steak chimichurri. It was very good. My friend had the bread pudding for dessert. She loved it. I had a bite and it was delicious. The service was outstanding!

Matt took great care of us! Ordered six items for three of us and every dish was divine. Down to the gluten free offerings and cocktails and mocktails, there wasn’t a flavor we did not love. Can’t wait to come back!

First time to Vya, and it won't be the last. The food was excellent. We had a couple of tapas followed by a seafood and chicken paella. Great! But, equal to the food was the staff. It's not often that you go into a restaurant that you are met with a support staff that are so engaging and helpful. Via restaurant-10 Via staff-11.

The best octopus in all of Portland. I try Octopus everywhere and its never prepared properly(octopus needs to be massaged). Excellent Sashimi; 3 of us shared a plater that was only $36!
