Great dining experience. Excellent food and service. I’d been wanting to try it since I had not been to the real Lotus, only the one at Red Rock which was clearly not ran by the same owners. Glad I got to finally experience the true Lotus.

Delicious food, great service and nice atmosphere. Yellow curry was very good. Try one of their cocktails, enjoyed the passion spice. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Dinner at Lotus of Siam at Red Rock Casino did not disappoint! Our table had crispy duck in a rich red curry, basil beef, the crispy rice salad with fresh herbs, garlic crispy prawns, and a papaya salad and some classic thai dishes. Every dish came out fresh, flavorful, and perfect for sharing. The dining room is gorgeous too, all warm lanterns and greenery, and it never felt rushed even with a full house. Service was kind and attentive from start to finish. If you're in Summerlin and love Thai food, put this at the top of your list.

Excellent food! We shared 4 appetizers and 3 main dishes. Every dish was excellent! The garlic shrimp, Papaya salad, and the stuffed chicken wing appetizers were definitely worth ordering! The main dishes were super TASTY! (the crispy duck curry is a must try, the drunken noodles were tasty, and Seabass with ginger sauce is a winner)! The sticky rice dessert w/ mango ice cream was a definite! The table service by Mo and the rest of the staff was also excellent! They came by multiple times to check on us. A must-go-to restaurant that is 15 minutes off the strip that is definitely worthy of a visit and One of the BEST Thai meals I’ve had!

Best Asian cuisine I’ve had in a long time. For was freshly and properly prepared. Amazing!!! Definitely going back.
