Rooted in a love for true Thai street food, we reinterpret familiar flavors through a modern, urban lens gritty, bold, and character-driven, yet still comforting at their core.At the heart of our menu is Chef Nate, our partner chef, whose expertise, experience, and heartfelt devotion to Thai cuisine shape every dish we serve. Her philosophy is simple yet profound: “At GODUNK, we want you to feel as if you’re standing on the streets of Thailand". The flavors many of us grew up with have journeyed across the world to Bowery, New York, so you can experience Thai authenticity in its purest, most unfiltered form. Each dish is crafted to evoke the taste of ‘home,’ expressed through the raw, vibrant spirit of true Thai street food. Contemporary in presentation yet unwavering in identity. Every plate bridges tradition with modern sensibility.

Our party of 3 was served at the bar by reservation (we reserved too late for a table on a Saturday). The cocktail menu featured tasty, creative drinks with an asian vibe. We shared a mango crab salad, pad see ew, vegetable dumplings and duck with roti. Everything (except the dumplings) were exceptional and the pad see eu possibly the best I've ever had.

As always, Lil Chef Mama delivers. I brought over some friends, and we all had the Thai brunch. Two of us had the roti curry chicken, and one of us had the chicken pad thai. We started of with steamed shrimp dumplings as appetizers, and a couple of cocktails. We all had a lovely time, and the service was very attentive. :o)
