Excellent food and service. We ate at 6 on a Thursday and it was busy and buzzy but not noisy.

Met at the entrance by a friendly staff member and shown to our seats. Restaurant is beautifully layed out mixing large booths with coasy 2 & 4 seater tables. Lighting & style was warm and chic. Menu was extensive and well priced. Food was absolutely gorgeous.. Hot when described as hot but everything was so fresh and tasty. Wok fried veg on the side was absolutely fabulous. Extensive drinks menu with even beers on tap cocktailslooked amazing.... only slight negative is they have a stunning glass covered area called the botanical garden and I was told its now only used for private functions. It would of been the icing on the cake had we been able to retreat to there for a cocktail after the beautiful meal... maybe Opium might rethink that decision. 10 out of 10 for our evening with Opium. It's was our first time there it certainly won't be our last.

Really enjoyed the lunch here. Staff were nice and polite, very helpful and pleasant. We had a house red and white wine, Greek, to wet the pallet. We shared a Glazed Fried Chicken which was amazing! I had Pad Kee Mao Noodles and this was so good. Plenty of beef and Veg! My wife had Grilled Kitlymon Chicken and boiled rice on the side which she liked. All in all a good visit prior to the Leinster match
