Another delightful early evening at Fleming's Plano! We stopped in for some bar bites, and as always, Leo and Candise made the experience something special. Leo convinced us to revisit their delicious new apple bread pudding, and when I asked what he would personally pair with it, he surprised me with a Hot Toddy! A first for me, and what a wonderful pairing! The warm, comforting flavors complemented the dessert beautifully. Then came another surprise! Juan, our exceptionally polite and attentive server, offered us a goat cheese appetizer. Naturally, I challenged Leo with another pairing, and out came a Rusty Nail—another first for me! Leo certainly knows how to turn a casual evening into a delightful tasting adventure. Candise, as always, was gracious, attentive, and made sure we were wonderfully cared for. Chef Partner Christian stopped by to check on our experience, another example of the pride this team takes in its food and hospitality. But one of the nicest moments came when Juan mentioned he hadn't seen us in a while. We realized we'd probably just missed each other because of different shifts. It's those little moments of genuine recognition that make a restaurant feel like more than just a place to dine. **Wonderful food, imaginative pairings, and a team that makes you feel genuinely appreciated. That's what keeps us coming back to Fleming's Plano!**

Third time going. Calamari and Pizza were more freshly prepared. Straight out of the fryer and pizza oven. Good went to great. First time trying the Bolognese. Recommended by Rosa, our wonderful server. It was some of the best I’ve had, even in Italy.
