    We recently dined at Capital Grille in Paramus with a group of 8, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The service was warm, attentive, and professional, and every dish we ordered was excellent. For appetizers, we shared the tuna tartare, calamari, and lobster & crab cakes—each one fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. For our entrées, we enjoyed the sea bass, seared tuna, NY dry-aged strip steak, and even the kids’ meals, including the hamburger and pasta, which were also prepared perfectly. A special thank you to Liz (Elizabeth C), who took exceptional care of our table. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and truly made our evening even more enjoyable with her professionalism and positive energy. Capital Grille Paramus continues to deliver a first-class dining experience. Keep up the excellent work—we look forward to coming back again soon!

    Great space for lunch. It was nice and quiet so you could easily have a conversation. They have a very good prix fixe lunchtime special menu for $15. The choices were varied and the size of the entrees large enough to fill. They didn't skimp on quality or quantity.
