Cosy & warm on a cold night & with a welcoming ambience for an impromtu birthday party this was the perfect place. Archie, well versed in his craft & his team are always attentive & open with suggestions for the wine list & extensive food menu. Very happy this treasure is a local gem 💎

Special Occassion for my wife’s birthday and can I say our expectations were exceeded. The food was simply divine (best duck I’ve ever eaten), the staff were very attentive and welcoming, even securing us a table in the cocktail bar as my wife did not want the evening to end. We will be back for sure, massive shout out to the team!

We enjoyed a Sunday lunch here. The food was great, as was the wine selection and the service. The only thing I hope they can attend to in the future, is some kind of screen on the front door that stops the flies coming in. Flies landing on your pizza while you're trying to eat it, isn't great. But otherwise, everything was excellent!
