Best Wineries in West Los Angeles

We've been to North Italia many times and always enjoyed it. The food is reliably good, though not on the level of the best Italian restaurants in town. Good for an ordinary night out after a film at the Laemmle Monica up the street. The service is almost always very attentive, though not last night; we had to wait quite a while before our server appeared. But it was easy to see that she was working hard. Can recommend the arancini, arugula salad, little gems Caesar, eggplant parm, the pizzas (my wife loves the mushroom pizza), most of the pastas. I had the lasagna for the first time, a bit disappointing. But, in general, we like the food and service and will surely return.

We arrived a little early for our late lunch reservation, and we were accommodated immediately. The service was top-notch with just the right amount of attention without hovering. Francesca was excellent, and she made some great recommendations from the specials available that day. We took her advice and loved our selections. The food was fantastic. We shared the Crudo di Hamachi with fried Artichokes. OMG it was awesome. The Panzanella Salad with watermelon and burrata. Again, great. The Tagliatelle Bolognese was very tasty, though slightly more al dente than our preference: not to worry, we managed to eat it all. The wine list was relatively small but more than adequate. Pricing for wine seemed a little on the high side, but we don't get to this neighborhood very often. Pricing for food was reasonable. We will definitely be back.

The food was delicious and the service was great as well.

Good food and a good value. The Chicken Parmesan was tasty as were the Butternut Squash Ravioli.
