Food was excellent and service was wonderful. Would go back in a heartbeat.
Thanks for the 5 star review, we hope to see you again soon!
Service was great. The food was mediocre and somewhat overpriced. Drinks were decent. The $4 mimosa was an especially good deal.

Never disappoints. Always a great time and perfect for a quiet date or family outing.

I specifically booked this restaurant through Open Table in order to reserve a table for 8 outdoors. I did not want to sit indoors (for covid precautions). I got to the restaurant, and they said that they don’t have tables for 8 on the patio, and that the only option would be to sit indoors. A very disappointing experience with Open Table, as I would have definitely chosen a different restaurant had I known I would be seated indoors at this one.

Great service a little warm inside but overall good
Thanks for taking time out of your day to review us. Hope you have an amazing day!
It was great!
Thank you for the feedback. Come back and see us again soon!
Great food and drinks. Friendly staff. I go there often.
Georgette, Thanks for the wonderful review! We hope you will join us again very soon!
Disappointed in the service. We were just about the only group dining in the restaurant and we were definitely neglected. Took 15 minutes to get a beer, our order was cold and wrong. I expected a lot more for the price we paid.
I love the look and location. It was somewhat energetic, but fairly quiet for a Saturday. The service was pretty good and the waiter was polite. The overall taste of the food was just a disappointment. Great drinks!
Thank you, ma'am! And thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Someone will be in touch with you soon.
My close friend and I decided to go get a bite to eat and they had a good happy hour selection
We had a great experience sitting outside on the patio. Food was great!
Good food with great service
First time out since quarantine & everything was great - service, got a table quick, food was amazing, margarita was good ... overall everything was great !
Food was fantastic weather was perfect for outdoor dining and our waiter was great with recommendation and letting us enjoy our time. First time there but it was a great recommendation by our hotel
great brunch location. next to shopping and great area of town
It was very crowded on a weekday evening. Tables on the patio should be spaced out more or at least seat people a table apart.
Great experience for me and my boyfriend during his birthday. Delicious food and great customer service. Also free desert. The flan is also good
Great service. Margaritas were a little weak though.
They worked to accommodate my food allergies (no corn or tomatoes) which I really appreciated. The food was good but I would like to try other dishes on another visit. The lobster tacos had lots of lobster but were dry since I had to request no salsa. Beans and rice were good as was the margarita. And service was excellent.
Good social distancing. Sat in patio area. Great ambiance! Good service and food. Would highly recommend.
We went for the Houston food festival and we’re not disappointed with the prefix menus. Lovely food
Food was decent but completely over priced for what we got.
Went to Cyclone Anaya's for lunch during Houston Restaurant Weeks. Was very pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was and how fast and efficient the service was. I will definitely go back.
Server was excellent and food was great as always. Awesome dinner.
I always order the refried black beans because they are so tasty. I love the smoky adobo salsa too. Mom enjoyed her Mexican chopped salad enough to ask for a second to take home. Dad had the salmon - which was topped with shrimp. He gobbled it down. The staff are always nice and helpful - especially with my mother who walks with assistance.
We had the restaurant weeks menu. The crab cake and campenchana were great. The Chicken Jalisco was delicious, chicken was moist and the sauce was a nice addition. The portions were very generous.
I have never been to this Cyclone Anaya's and was pleasantly suprised. The building is brand new and a growing area of Houston. Safe to walk after dining.
We came for Houston Restaurant week menu and weren't disappointed.
The crab cakes were excellent and the sauce with them was nicely spiced.
The Chicken fajatas came out sizzling hot as they should with the perfect amount of grilled onions and peppers. All the usual sides of pico, sour cream, rice and beans.
The alternate Chicken dish was also excellent with a yummy sauce, and veggies.
Dessert of Flan or Tres Leche Cake were amazing and huge!
The biggest disappointment was the house margaritas. Just so so.
You could eat inside distanced or outside on the patio. Given the temps, we chose inside.
Service was good.
Slow, inattentive service, wrong order delivered to my wife on our date night.
We took advantage of the Houston Restaurant Weeks promotion. We ate inside where most people were wearing masks. There were more people outside, and most of them were not wearing masks.
Pretty good TexMex. We'll go there again.
It was nice. The food was okay. I've had better. I made reservations and then received a phone call that they didn't have any more tables and OpenTable shouldn't have allowed me to make reservations which wasn't my problem. I don't know if she expected me to turn around when I was already there with my party. It was not professional.
The location has been out of air conditioning for over a week according to staff. However, management has failed to inform patrons or make any alternative cooling solutions. No apology from management. Will not recommend this location until the a/c is repaired.
Great service & food. I really appreciated that the tables outside were well-spaced apart for safety. Fo that reason, we will be back!
It was very hot where we were sitting. I don’t like that they don’t serve Hennessy. The crab cakes was the best thing they had.
Great view and atmosphere
very good food and incredible margaritas. service was excellent as well
Food and service was great! Will go back.
Great night out.
Cyclone has a great outdoor space away from the street. They do need some misting machines and fans there to adapt it to more guests wanting to sit outside due to Covid.
Wonderful food, superb service!
