Valentines Day Dinner was great. They had a special and the food was awesome. Will go there again!
Wonderful to hear! Thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback and we hope to see you again soon.
We attended for the Valentine's fajita meal for two, and the entree was barely enough for 1.5 people. We were only able to make 3 tacos.
Hey Veronica, Thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback! We are always looking for opportunities to improve and your feedback will help us to do so moving forward. Thanks for taking a moment to share it and we hope to see you again soon.
Very nice on a cold day. Easy to discuss business. Good chicken enchiladas, charo beans. good too. A nice experience.
Thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback! We hope to see you again soon.
The server was great.. The table was entirely too small and a manager brought our entree 3 minutes after receiving our appetizer. Since the table was so tiny he had to take it back and when our entree was brought back it wasn't hot as it should have been (fajitas). The lettuce on my salad had an awful taste to it. I informed our server

Great food. Quick service.
We are so happy to hear the positive feedback! Thanks for taking time out of your day to review us.
The chilaquilles with brisket were fabulous! We have added this to our brunch rotation. Be sure to ask for eggs over medium or easy if you want some yolk. The scrambled eggs were a little hard to find, but they’re there. Great service. The booths are tight and could use smaller tables. We will definitely be back.

Our waiter was amazing!! Couldn’t have had better service.
We are so happy to hear it. Thanks for the review and we hope to see you back again soon!
This was our first time dining out as a family during the pandemic. The restaurant was clean, spaced out, and we felt very safe. Our service was excellent, and so was the food.
We are so happy to hear it. Thanks for the review and we hope to see you back again soon!
There is no point in making reservation as the hostess never even looked at it. Tried to tell us the only available table inside was a table for 6 even though we were just 2 and walked away. We went outside to the patio and found a table and occupied and everything was fine. Either an incompetent hostess with a don’t give a damn attitude or not trained to do her job. The food was excellent and service was superb at the table.
Satyag, thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your dining experience though your original greeting upon arrival does not sound up to our expectations. We will be sharing your comment with our team at the Woodlands location as we are always looking for ways to improve. We hope to see you again soon!
Service was slow. 3 checks due to 3 families in the group. Extra drinks erroneously added to all three checks; later corrected.
Average experience.
Matthew, our apologies for the mix up with your bill but thank you for taking a moment to share your feedback. We have shared your comment with our service team as we are always looking for ways to improve. We hope to see you again soon!
We had a reservation and upon arrival nobody was at front desk to seat us...waited approximately 10 minutes before someone came to seat us. We at outside as requested and it was a nice evening weather wise. There was no social distancing in the patio
As someone was seated right next to us shortly after we arrived. Our server welcomed us after about 10 minutes of being at our table. The cheese dip and chips were good. Quesadillas were very salty so much so that i could not finish them. Habanero shrimp tacos were not good, lacked flavor and were salty. The restaurant was not crowded yet our server never returned after our meal was delivered. The only good thing about the experience was my dining partner, the location and mojito.
Our new favorite Mexican restaurant! The spinach and mushroom enchiladas are amazing, and my husband loved the fish tacos!
Good to hear it! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
Overall we love this restaurant. Service was a bit slow. Staff was at a minimum (off peak dining time). Food, location & ambiance are wonderful.
Ate on patio . Very nice felt safe and great service!
Food and service was great. Was seated next to hostess and everyone standing around my table waiting for their table to open. Also had a customer setting at table across from me that was loud. Would recommend but pay close attention to where you are setting.
For one thing, NO VALET during day and with wife in a wheelchair that made it rough to park and travel to the restaurant. Now, the food! the tamales are not good at all, the masa is so thick and the filling so thin, it's like you are just eating masa. The guacamole had so much lemon, it was just sour. The refried beans and rice are okay, but the crispy beef taco wasn't that great, meat was overseasoned. Cheese enchilada wasn't bad, just like regular tv dinner enchilada. We did order the queso fundido with chorize and it was good with the flour tortillas. The chips are too thick and it makes them hard but the salsa was fairly tasty.
Anyway, this was our first visit and we definitely won't be going back. We'll stick to the other Mexican restaurants in the woodlands area.
Ended up sitting outside because it was really loud inside.. that was fine. The food was okay but the service was great!
Everything was good, except the lobster tacos. Horrible. Over all great just won’t ever order those again. Service was excellent! Manager was very nice.
Beautiful patio and view. Great place for business lunch.
Our server “Lady” was tops! She was able to suggest some of the yummiest dishes. We loved the seasonal cocktails so much. We asked for a cozy booth overlooking waterway and they always accommodate us when we dine there.
Worlds of thanks for the delicious visit~
Food tasted old
Okay, but could have been better
It was wonderful! The food was amazing! Service was great. Loved the HRW menu! Can’t want to come back
Went for restaurant weeks. Shrimp crevice and tortilla soup were outstanding. Big lunch but great.
The carne Asada was very fatty but the other 2 orders were good. Service was extremely poor I am guessing due to servers paying more attention to a photo shoot in the restaurant then there tables.
Nice atmosphere. Good menu options. Not busy for brunch, but still with some service challenges. Server asked if I wanted the fruit then never brought it. He had difficulty dividing up the bill as we requested. Then didn’t bring enough singles for change to leave an appropriate tip
Ate here for the first time on 7/20/19. My brother in law raved about this place and the jumbo margaritas. So we went on a double date with my sister and brother in law. We made our reservation on Open Table and were seated promptly. First thing I noted was how cramped the dining room was. The guy sitting behind me kept bumping me. Second thing I noticed was how loud and noisy it was. We could barely hear the waitress or each other. There was no utensils or napkins on the table when chips and salsa were served. Drinks came next, and still no utensils or napkins, we had to ask for them. It was extremely hot inside the restaurant. There were several fans situated throughout the restaurant which didn’t help when every time a member of staff opened the door to the patio, the heat came in and was overwhelming. The Margaritas were mediocre at best, nothing to write home about. I’ve had better Margaritas. I ordered the beef brisket tacos. Asked for one corn and one flour tortilla. Both tacos came with flour tortillas. The black bean soup was good, as well as the rice. I also ordered 2 tamales. They seemed really salty. We ended the evening with the dessert trio: tres leches, chocolate cake and sopaipillas. Also had coffee which was like warm when served. When we asked for fresh coffee the coffee was scalding and had grounds in it. The tres leches and sopaipillas were good. The chocolate cake description did not indicate that the cake had coconut on top, which my husband hates, so he didn’t touch that. In summary, food was good, but it was loud, noisy, cramped and extremely hot. Also, beware!!! Since this restaurant is as water level, the cellular service was horrible and the WIFI at the restaurant didn’t work. Learned also that the Anaya family has sold the restaurant to a corporation. I don’t know if that has anything to do with the experience but if my name were on the restaurant, I’d want my customers to enjoy themselves in a comfortable setting.
Awesome ambiance. Great service. No rush to turn over your table. Made sure everything was to our liking.
The food is excellent! They also have the best bloody mary's!
Great place. Beautiful seating by the water, clean with great staff.
Great environment and great service.
Great enjoyed the visit
Waiter was responsive and very patient with us as we took a long time to order. Food was delicious and so were the drinks. Sat outside and enjoyed it. There was someone smoking near by but that happens outside and it didn’t bother our experience any.
Always great food & awesome staff! I recommend Cyclones all the time. Absolutely love the margaritas & crab nachos.
It was horrible! We had a reservation, yet when we were seated, we were told they were very busy and it may be a while until someone could serve us. Ten minutes in, the busboy dropped off chips and salsa. After another 10 minutes we asked him if he could bring us some water. Finally, after sitting at the table for 30 minutes, our waiter came by and asked us what we would like to drink. When the food arrived it was nasty. It’s hard to say what was wrong with the fish but it was certainly not edible. At no point did anybody say we’re so sorry for making you wait nor did they remove the fish taco meal from the bill even though it was not eaten. It is a lovely location and it has the potential of being a great place but management really needs to staff properly and up the food quality. I am not sure why this place gets such good reviews. I will not go there again.
Came here on a Saturday night to celebrate my birthday with family. We initially reserved a table on the patio. The ambiance on the patio was peaceful and relaxing, however, it became very windy and started raining so we requested to move indoors. The staff were friendly and accommodating and found another table for us right away. Unfortunately, we were seated near a table with the most rambunctious 4-10 yr old children ( this is coming from someone with 3 sons). The children were seated at the table by themselves while their parents ate and drank at another table. The kids were allowed to stand and throw food, they trashed the table, took their shoes off and ran around the restaurant and no one said a word! Minus the kids, the food and service were great. I will definitely reserve a table on the patio again, I just hope it doesn’t rain next time!
I give is a C+. Service was subpar, margarita might have been the worst I’ve ever had and my tacos were mediocre at best. I was so excited to have a Cyclones in The Woodlands and have gone a couple times and it always sucks. So I give it time and go back and it’s still the same. I always tag along with a group or it would never be a top choice.
