We were going to a show at the Fox Theater and staying overnight in the area. We picked this restaurant because it was walking distance for us from both our hotel and the theater. Also near the Qline so very convenient location. The building, inside and out and the bar were very nice. We had a reservation but got there earlier. The hostess was very accommodating. The waitress was attentive without being obtrusive. The menu is not overly extensive which was fine with us. Pretty straight forward. My husband got the Fresh Salmon and I got the blackened Salmon sandwich. Both were prepared well and delicious. The fare is on the lighter side; again what we prefer. Good value for the price. We were there on a Wednesday and bottles of wine are half priced on Wednesday night. The wine the waitress recommended was perfect with the meal. The restaurant got pretty busy but the noise level was fine. We didn't have any problem hearing each other or weren't bothered by noise from other groups. We would definitely go back and recommend it to others. More

Discover Detroit
Detroit probably has more nicknames than any other city. The two most common, Motor City and Motown, stem from its large contributions to the automobile and the music industry. This booming city also offers a lot in the way of sporting events, attractions and eating establishments. Detroit not only has restaurants offering food from almost every culture, but it is also known for many of its own special delicacies. Many of the eating venues offer foods that have actually originated here, including Detroit-style pizza, Corridor sausage and double-baked rye bread. You can also taste Eastern Michigan favorites like Coney Island hot dogs and Detroit Street Brick. These are some of the most famous delights of the region, and Detroit and the surrounding area are a great place to give them a try.
