I was a bit nervous about eating out on my own in a country that I’ve never been to before. It turns out I didn’t need to be. The staff were absolutely lovely and the food was delicious. I’m glad I visited and will definitely be back.

Reservation Policies:
The maximum number of guests per reservation is 12 people. For groups of 6 or more, reservations are managed exclusively by email at info@shakerato.bar

I enjoyed the restaurant very much and they were very accommodating in re preparing my steak to rare, as it was brought well. Servers were friendly, and the seating was comfortable. Overall, enjoyed my dinner.

Back in time! Heemelrijck Centrum, located at Singel 161 is a smaller version of our restaurant on the beautiful Van Woustraat. The family recipes developed since 1949 are being revived here with typical Dutch dishes like pea soup, braised meat and mashed potatoes and our award winning 'Flippin Bitch'.

Fabulous meal, delicious flavours and cooked perfectly. Service is of a high standard. Love the open aspect kitchen and the ambience of the bar and restaurant is beautiful.
