Every cut was served hot and fresh. All of the waitstaff were polite and attentive. Excellent meal at an excellent establishment. The management staff came by our table a few times to ensure we were receiving high-quality service, which was a very nice touch. Fantastic lunch.

Great food. Steak was cooked perfectly. Crispy Rice and Tuna needs to be on the permanent menu. Server was very knowledgeable and professional. She really knows her wine. And when I left my sweater behind she called me. We always get service that is above and beyond.

We celebrated our anniversary and were not disappointed. It was a bit busy for a Tuesday night, but we were seated quickly and served promptly. As usual, the food was excellent and we were pleased they had the jazz ensemble on hand to enhance our dining experience. Not sure why they changed the name, but the experience was the same: excellent!

The Choptank was AMAZING! We went there for our first wedding anniversary and they made the night so special. When we checked in, the hostess said happy anniversary and the waiter (Leo) said it as well and just those little things really made us feel special to be there. The food was delicious, we had the fried calamari, seafood pasta, and the lobster roll (10 out of 10 recommend) I have nothing but great things to say about our time at Choptank!

Front of the House - Patti was here with her “A” Game. Professional; helpful; and organized. Butch remains knowledgeable and a Jack of Several Trades. Wait Staff - Destiny - helpful and attentive. Meal - Turkey Club. I prefer the white toast versus the sourdough. Tomatoes on the side enhances the management of sandwich height. Side Salad - Atlas Farm - no dressing - perfect size. I prefer the salad to be bit size and not require a knife to eat lettuce.
