Latin Social was incredible. Coming from the Austin area we were craving a restaurant that holds up to our standards...we were spoiled with incredible restaurants in Austin and Latin Social is right up there. Make a reservation and GO! the food is incredible and you will have a fantastic night! It will be our go to restaurant for special occasions. Dress up and come hungry!

The evening at Antithesis is an experience that was beyond our expectations. Entering the fully restored Robison Mansion you realize the attention to detail that this fine dining restaurant is striving to achieve. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable in all areas concerning the dinner and drink menu options. Our dinner party shared starter items including Pan-Seared Sea Scallops, Wagyu Beef & Octopus Carpaccio, and the table favorite, Bacon Wrapped Bacon which is like a complete breakfast in one bite. Dinner items were the Beef Wellington, Organic Half Chicken, Ora King Salmon, and the Creekstone Farms Beef Cheeks. All the dinner items were cooked to perfection, giving any Michelin Star restaurant in the region to stand up and take note. Congratulations to the restaurant owners, and to Chef Johnny Church for creating a culinary experience that rivals any establishment in the Southwest region.

Excellent food and service! We had the fried pickle chips to start (yum) and the Bison Meatloaf Wellington and a burger. I also tried my friend's Mac and Cheese and it was delish! I've also had the bison chili before which was excellent. Our server let us try a couple of beers to help us decide too. Each time I've gone, I've sat upstairs with a larger party so it was a bit quieter, which is great for us. But the downstairs looks like a great vibe too! Love the big fireplace when you come in, very cozy feeling.

We've dined at Cowboy Star often and once again we were not disappointed. Lindsay, our waiter, made our dining experience a pleasure. She is professional, humorous and reads her clients well. Dakota and kept our water glasses full and Caz (sp?) efficiently delivered our delicious food. The popovers rock with the salted butter.

We were celebrating our anniversary. Carlos greeted us in the parking lot to welcome us and congratulate us. Our whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Our server Stephanie was gracious and friendly. We enjoyed every course of our meals. The food was well prepared and presented. When we finished our meal we had a lovely conversation with the couple at the next table and were never pressured to leave even though closing time was approaching. I'd recommend Carlos Bistro to anyone looking for great food in a wonderful atmosphere.
