We always enjoy our breakfasts at The Patio at Chilly Jilly'z. We ordered the Breakfast Enchilada, Cowboy Omelette, Carne Asada Omelette, and Carne Asada Eggs Benedict. All were delicious. The Carne Asada Eggs Benedict served on a cornbread muffin was declared "the best Eggs Benedict I've ever had." Service was great. The only thing missing was the usual Sunday morning entertainment.

Chef AZEUCHI trained in the art of Kaiseki Course cuisine in Japan for 16 years. Upon graduating
culinary school, he began studying Kaiseki Course at a hotel. When he turned 27, he became sous-
chef at Hotel Nogamiya.
While there, he participated in a Tokushima Culinary Contest, where he won first prize. When he
was 35 years old, he joined Tofu Kaiseki Restaurant as their head chef.
During this time, he also studied French cuisine for 3 years, training under a Head Chef who had on-
the-job experience working in a prestigious French fine dining restaurant.
Chef Azeuchi quickly became the sous chef in the restaurant. When Japanese Crown Prince
Naruhito - now known as
"His Imperial Majesty the Emperor"- made a royal visit to Kagawa Prefecture, Chef Azeuchi
entertained him with his beautiful dishes.

Excellent experience for sushi lovers. Such attentive staff, absolutely fresh ingredients skillfully prepared before your eyes. Chefs would interact when initiated. Small group allows for a unique experience.

Can’t believe we’ve never eaten here before. What a great experience! My husband and I both had specials -halibut and scallop and shrimp risotto. Both excellent! Prepared beautifully and without the extra salt that so many restaurants seem to use lately. The food was so tasty and delicious. Wine list is very good plus there was a wine special too! Service was impeccable. Can’t wait to go back!
